We are delighted to offer a wider range of traditional Thai massage therapies. These make use of warm aroma oils and hand-made herbal balm, which brings many benefits to the body. It improves blood circulation and stimulates lymphatic systems, relieves aching muscle tension, removes toxins from the muscle mass and increases joint mobility and flexibility. It's great for recharging the batteries, both physically and mentally.

We use a combination of rhythmic acupressure, compression techniques and stretching, which can be gentle and soothing or deep-tissue depending on your requirements. We will talk to clients to help them decide the best treatments to meet their own particular circumstances and needs.

4. Thai Foot Reflexology

Thai Foot Massage is based on the belief that the body contains constantly flowing energy or which unites with reflex points of the feet, calf and lower legs that involves physically stretching and massage. Hands, fingers, thumbs and knuckles as well as a rounded wooden Thai foot massage stick are used to stimulate certain areas of the feet, releasing blocked energy within the body and many Sens lines, improving circulation and lymph movement. This helps to balance and restore a healthy flow of energy throughout the body as well.
